.fans

.fans is a generic top-level domain built around audiences and communities that support a person, team, creator, franchise or subject.

The extension can suit fan communities, sports supporters, entertainment projects, creator memberships, clubs and media. The plural form is especially natural for sites intended to bring many supporters together.

A .fans domain does not imply authorization from the celebrity, team, artist, studio or brand named in the domain. Unofficial fan sites should make their status clear and respect trademarks, copyright and publicity rights.

The extension can also work for businesses selling products to fan communities, although visitors may expect a community or editorial focus rather than a standard corporate site.

.fans is an open generic top-level domain, subject to registry and ICANN policies, reserved names, premium classifications and third-party rights.
