.camp

.camp is a generic top-level domain associated with camps, temporary communities and organized outdoor or educational experiences. The word can describe summer camps, sports camps, training camps and other group programs.

It can suit camp operators, outdoor programs, youth organizations, retreats, sports training and directories that help families or participants find camps. A place or activity name before .camp can create a concise descriptive address.

Because camps can involve children, travel and physical activities, a .camp domain should not be treated as evidence that an operator is licensed, insured, safe or appropriately supervised. Those checks remain important for participants and parents.

The extension can also be used metaphorically for communities or project groups, although that meaning may be less obvious to visitors.

.camp is an open generic top-level domain, generally available through participating registrars subject to registry and ICANN policies, reserved names, premium names and third-party rights.
